The short version
Soundary is a native macOS app that runs entirely on your Mac. It does not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. Your audio devices, scenes, volume levels, and switching rules stay on your device.
What we process
To switch audio for you, Soundary reads information about your connected audio devices and the app that is currently in focus. This processing happens locally and is never sent anywhere.
Data we collect
None. Soundary has no accounts, no analytics, and no telemetry. We do not run trackers and we do not build a profile of you.
The Mac App Store
If you buy Soundary through the Mac App Store, Apple processes your purchase and may share aggregate, anonymised sales statistics with us. Apple’s handling of that data is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.
