By downloading or using Soundary, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your licence

Soundary is sold as a single one-time purchase. That payment grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to install and use the app on the Macs you own or control, under the terms of the Mac App Store.

You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app except where that is expressly permitted by applicable law.

No subscription

Soundary does not charge recurring fees. There is no subscription and no account is required to use it.

Warranty and liability

Soundary is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory local law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. The current version always lives on this page, with the date above.
